Returns & Exchanges Policy — Plume
At Plume, customer satisfaction is important, but we operate a strict exchange-only policy.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
In-Store Purchases
• All in-store clothing purchases are exchange only.
• Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of purchase.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Proof of purchase is required.
Online Purchases
• Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.
Non-Exchangeable Items
To protect hygiene and product safety, the following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:
• Supplements and beauty products
• Innerwear, bodysuits, swimwear
• Accessories
• Sale or discounted items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
• Once verified, we will offer an exchange or store credit, subject to stock availability.
